Which audit is right for us?
Premium if you're weighing a build across several areas, want it costed first or need an AI policy; Lite if you have one or two clear areas to test remotely. If you're unsure, call us and we'll say which fits, if either.
Is the audit fee credited against a build?
Yes, for both audits: build with us within 60 days of your readout and the full fee comes off the build price.
How much will a build cost?
We don't price work we haven't seen. Premium includes your first build as a fixed-price proposal; after Lite, we scope and cost it with you before you commit.
Will you sign an NDA, and how do you handle our data?
Yes, for both audits, before we see any documents, data or systems. We access only what the audit needs, follow UK GDPR and never put your data into public AI tools.
Who delivers the audit?
A dedicated audit lead, with every audit overseen by Chris Morton, Director, and our Head of Development. On Premium, Chris leads the readout in person.
How much of our team's time does the audit take?
Mostly alongside normal work: one go-to person, plus time with your leadership and the people who run the processes, as each timeline shows.
What if AI isn't the answer?
Then we'll say so. Every process gets a plain call (build, buy or leave it), and a simpler fix is worth knowing before you spend.
Who owns the audit report?
You do: the report, maps, recommendations and, with Premium, your AI policy. No licences, no lock-in.
